Acceptance of Membership Agreement
You acknowledge and agree that this Membership Agreement (Agreement) is an ongoing contract between you and the Money on the Go Network and applies to your use of the our service(s) and website. This Agreement includes the Terms and Conditions, which affect your rights and you should read them carefully. By using, visiting, or browsing our service(s) or website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By electronically signing this document and activating a membership by this website or via the telephone, you are authorizing enrollment into one or more of our benefits. Your membership package will arrive in the mail shortly thereafter. Please see the specific benefits listed below for information regarding fees. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Money on the Go Network service(s) or website.
The Shopping Credit Account is issued by the Money on the Go Network. This is your complete Shopping Credit Account Agreement. It provides important disclosures. Please read it carefully and keep it for your records. The Shopping Credit Account is part of the Shopping Credit benefits.
In this Agreement, the words You and Your means you as a visitor to our website, a member in or as a user of one or more of our benefits, or any person who has applied for and is issued a Shopping Credit Account (“Account”) that is established at your request. The words We, Our or Us means the Money on the Go Network, 1700 66th St. N., Ste. 104-142, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, and any person to whom this Agreement or the indebtedness created under this Agreement may be assigned.

Welcome!
The Money on the Go Network offers its members a merchandise shopping membership program and two discount savings programs. You understand that you may choose to enroll into any combination of these benefits to make up your membership. We may also, in our sole and absolute discretion, combine any of the benefits at any time. To enroll into a benefit you must have a valid (1) checking or savings account; or (2) credit card or debit card (“Payment Method”). You understand that we are not a bank or financial institution and we are not affiliated with a bank or financial institution. We do not charge an advance fee to establish credit or to assist in establishing credit for our Members. We do not attempt or claim to attempt to establish, re-establish or repair our Member’s credit. We are not a credit services organization and do not charge any fees for assisting anyone in getting credit from others.
Benefits include the ability to shop at the on-line hosted Rewards Mall plus a $2,500 unsecured shopping credit (“Shopping Credit Account”) for use exclusively at our on-line hosted Rewards Mall. Your Shopping Credit benefits may have a one-time activation fee and a monthly membership fee. Please review your welcome email and materials for the activation fee you paid at the time of enrollment. You may also sign in to My Account at our website to obtain the amount paid. All activation and membership fees paid by you will be converted into Reward Points for use by you in our Rewards Mall. Please see Reward Points for more details.
You understand that your Payment Method, provided during enrollment, will be debited the activation fee the day you become a member or on a date designated following a review period. You understand that if you choose not to cancel the Shopping Credit benefits before your review period expires, we will automatically debit your Payment Method the activation fee or monthly fee, whichever is applicable. You agree that your Payment Method will be debited the monthly membership fee every month on your anniversary date for as long as you remain a member. If you are a member of more than one benefits program, you agree that the monthly membership fee may be combined. You understand that you may cancel at any time by calling 1-866-263-2156. You need to cancel by midnight on the day before your Payment Method is scheduled to be debited to avoid a charge. You agree that if you cancel, you are still responsible for any products purchased and any outstanding balance on your Shopping Credit Account, payable as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Also included with the Shopping Credit benefit is the ability to receive Reward Points redeemable at our online Rewards Mall. Reward Points also come with a monthly point redemption limitation. Please see Reward Points for more details on how to earn and redeem.
SaversXpress is a discount savings program. SaversXpress is offered as a standalone benefit or may be bundled with the Shopping Credit and/or LeisureXpress benefits. SaversXpress is often offered on a trial basis, which begins the day you enroll. Membership benefits may include a one-time activation fee and a monthly membership fee. Please review your welcome email and materials for the activation and membership fees you agreed to at the time of enrollment. You may also sign in to My Account on our website to obtain the agreed upon fees.
If you have enrolled into SaversXpress as a standalone benefit (i.e. you do not enroll into the Shopping Credit and/or LeisureXpress benefits), you understand that if you do not cancel the SaversXpress benefits before your trial period expires, we will automatically debit your Payment Method the activation fee or monthly fee, where applicable. You understand that if you choose not to cancel the SaversXpress benefits before your trial period expires, we will automatically debit your Payment Method the activation fee or monthly fee, where applicable. You agree that the monthly membership fee will be debited every month on your anniversary date for as long as you remain a member. If you are a member of more than one benefits program, you agree that the monthly membership fee may be combined. At the time of enrollment, you will be given the date your trial period expires and when your Payment Method will be debited. You understand that you may cancel at any time by calling 1-866-263-2156. You need to cancel by midnight on the day before your Payment Method is scheduled to be debited to avoid a charge.
You understand that your trial period begins the moment you enroll. Your benefits are immediately available for you to use. Since these benefits are offered by the Money on the Go Network, you will access your SaversXpress benefits via Moneyonthego.net.
LeisureXpress is a discount savings program. LeisureXpress is offered as a standalone benefit or may be bundled with the Shopping Credit and/or SaversXpress benefits. LeisureXpress is often offered on a trial basis, which begins the day you enroll. Membership benefits may include a one-time activation fee and a monthly membership fee. Please review your welcome email and materials for the activation and membership fees you agreed to at the time of enrollment. You may also sign in to My Account on our website to obtain the agreed upon fees.
If you have enrolled into LeisureXpress as a standalone benefit (i.e. you do not enroll into the Shopping Credit and/or SaversXpress benefits), you understand that if you do not cancel the LeisureXpress benefits before your trial period expires, we will automatically debit your Payment Method the activation fee or monthly fee, where applicable. You understand that if you choose not to cancel the LeisureXpress benefits before your trial period expires, we will automatically debit your Payment Method the activation fee or monthly fee, where applicable. You agree that the monthly membership fee will be debited every month on your anniversary date for as long as you remain a member. If you are a member of more than one benefits program, you agree that the monthly membership fee may be combined. At the time of enrollment, you will be given the date your trial period expires and when your Payment Method will be debited. You understand that you may cancel at any time by calling 1-866-263-2156. You need to cancel by midnight on the day before your Payment Method is scheduled to be debited to avoid a charge.
You understand that your trial period begins the moment you enroll. Your benefits are immediately available for you to use. Since these benefits are offered by the Money on the Go Network, you will access your LeisureXpress benefits via Moneyonthego.net.
You agree that your membership benefits will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You understand that you must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the activation fee plus the monthly membership fee(s) to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). To see your scheduled monthly bill date and amount, please click on the My Account button, located at the top of the page of our web page.
1. Use of Your Account: Your Account may only be used to purchase goods and services for personal, family and household use from the Rewards Mall. You need not accept the shopping credit unless you have already used the shopping credit account.
2. Promise to Pay: You acknowledge and agree that in return for extending shopping credit to you on this Account from time to time, you promise to pay us for purchases that you make on this Account from time to time. You also promise to pay us all other charges mentioned below, according to the terms of this Agreement.
3. Fees:
a. Finance Charges: There is no finance charge associated with the Shopping Credit Account.
b. Annual Percentage Rate (APR): There is no APR associated with the Shopping Credit Account.
c. Account Fees: There is no annual fee / periodic membership fee for the Shopping Credit Account. However, this is not to be confused with the activation and membership fees associated with any Money on the Go membership benefits.
d. NSF, Returned Payment and Returned Check Fee: There is no NSF, Returned Payment or Returned Check fee associated with the Shopping Credit Account.
4. Product Purchases:
a. When you purchase a product at the Rewards Mall using the shopping credit account, you are required to pay a 25% down payment, shipping and handling and state taxes, where applicable. The remaining balance will be added to your Account outstanding balance. You will be required to pay at least the Minimum Monthly Payment, as outlined and described below.
5. Minimum Monthly Payment:
a. Minimum Monthly Payment: Each month you have an outstanding balance on your Account, you agree to pay at least the Minimum Monthly Payment due. You understand that the Minimum Monthly Payment is determined by the greater of $50.00 or 15% of the new balance or the entire new balance if it is under $50.00. The Minimum Monthly Payment does not automatically decrease as your Account balance decreases.
b. Form of Payment: You request and authorize us to debit your Payment Method the Minimum Monthly Payment due on the business day following your due date for each statement or billing cycle. In the event that a payment is returned for insufficient funds, you understand and agree that we are not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred by you due to draft attempt(s).
c. Additional Payment Information: You may at any time pay more than the Minimum Monthly Payment due or the full amount due with no penalty. If you pay more than the Minimum Monthly Payment due and there is still a balance due, you must continue to make Minimum Monthly Payments in future months. If we accept any additional payment, whether or not marked as payment in full, it will not affect the due date of any payment due under this Agreement, it will not act as an extension of time or a waiver of any amount then remaining unpaid, and it will not affect any of our rights under this Agreement including our right to declare the entire balance in your Account to be due.
d. Failure to Pay Minimum Monthly Payment: Your account will be delinquent if you fail to pay the Minimum Monthly Payment when due. You acknowledge and agree that if your account is delinquent, we have the right to (a) demand you to pay the entire unpaid balance immediately; (b) suspend purchases with the credit account until the performance of three consecutive on-time monthly payments; (c) terminate the account and/or (d) proceed with legal and/or collection actions.
You can find the specific details regarding your membership at any time by clicking on the My Account button, located at the top of the page of our web page. As used in these Terms and Conditions, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. Please see Minimum Monthly Payment for details on how product purchases work.
We accept payment for activation and membership fees by (1) checking or savings account; or (2) credit card or debit card. At this time we do not accept payment by any other means including a gift card or money order. You understand that by enrolling into any of the benefits programs, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you an activation fee, where applicable, and a monthly membership fee in connection with your use of our service to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). You understand that if you use your Shopping Credit Account for a purchase, your Payment Method will be debited separately from your activation fees and monthly membership fees. Please review the Shopping Credit Account section for details on how product purchases work.
You understand that we will automatically debit your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th.
You acknowledge that the membership amount billed each month may vary from month to month if you select to add membership benefits or you cancel a benefit. You authorize us to debit your Payment Method such varying amounts as authorized. If you add a benefit or cancel a benefit, you will be given the new total monthly membership charge at the time of enrollment or cancellation.
You agree that in the event your activation fee, monthly membership fee or minimum monthly payment is returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), we will attempt to collect the fees by automatically resubmitting to your bank subsequent withdrawals. In the event the activation fee is returned due to NSF, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to automatically reduce the activation fee to three equal payments over three 15 day intervals. If we are unable to successfully process a payment, we reserve the right to suspend/cancel your account or issue a reduced Shopping Credit Account until a consistent method and payment history has been established.
You acknowledge that your monthly membership fee and any Minimum Monthly Payment will not necessarily be billed on the same day. Please sign in to My Account to see the date your monthly membership fees are debited from your Payment Method and the date that your Minimum Monthly Payment, if any, is due.
You acknowledge and agree that your account will be delinquent if: a) We cannot successfully process the activation fee, monthly membership fee or the Minimum Monthly Payment on the applicable due date; or b) You breach any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you are delinquent, in our sole discretion, as allowed by law, we have the right to: a) demand you to pay the entire unpaid balance on the account immediately; b) apply monies received on subsequent purchases to any delinquent account balance owed; c) suspend the account until the performance of three consecutive on-time monthly payments; d) terminate the account and/or e) proceed with legal and/or collection actions.
Membership in Good Standing Requirement:
You acknowledge and agree that your Shopping Credit Account privileges, current credit limit, current down payment requirement, or other member benefits and special promotions are subject to you maintaining your membership and Shopping Credit Account in good standing. Your Shopping Credit Account may go out of good standing if we consider it delinquent, as outlined above. We reserve the right to suspend your Shopping Credit Account privileges until payment is made. Failure to make proper payment within 60 days forfeits your right to any accrued points to date. Should your account become delinquent for the Minimum Monthly Payment, your right to use our services may, at our sole discretion, be changed and/or suspended until you have established a consistent pattern of 3 monthly minimum payments.
You acknowledge that you may cancel any membership benefit at any time and cancellation will be effective immediately. To cancel, call 1-866-263-2156. A live operator will be available M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm EST; however, you will still be able to cancel after Customer Service hours through an automated cancellation system. If you would like to speak to a customer service representative, please call during Customer Service hours. Cancellation of membership will not relieve you of any financial obligations you have already incurred.
The Shopping Credit benefits contain the ability to earn reward points when you register a debit card to your account. When you register the last four digits of your debit card, you may send us your gas and grocery receipts from your registered card within thirty (30) days of purchase to receive a matching reward dollar, good toward product purchases in the Rewards Mall. You understand that you can use these Reward Points to reduce or pay off your financed balances for products purchased with your Shopping Credit Account. Points are not applicable towards minimum monthly payments, down payments, membership fees, shipping and handling fees or sales tax, where applicable. You acknowledge and agree that you may only register one card every sixty (60) days and that the debit card number on your receipt must match the debit card on file when we go to update your points in order to earn the Reward Points. Points will be updated to your account within five to seven business days after we receive your receipts. You acknowledge that you may only redeem up to 1,000 points per month for as long as you remain a member. If you cancel your membership prior to using all of your points, you forfeit the use of those points. Use and accrual of your points requires that your membership remain in good standing. Please review the Membership in Good Standing Requirement.
On occasion and in our sole discretion, Members may receive a total of ten $10.00 monthly mail-in gasoline rebate vouchers, for a total of $100.00 in gasoline rebate vouchers. You acknowledge and agree that you will have to mail us your rebate voucher with a gas receipt from any gasoline vendor. You understand that you can only redeem one voucher at a time. If your gas receipt is for more than $10.00, you understand that you will only receive a rebate check for $10.00. For example, if your gas receipt is for $15.09, your rebate check will be for $10.00. The remaining amount on that receipt will not be credited to the following month. If your gas receipt is for less than $10.00, you understand that you will only receive a check for the amount on the gas receipt. For example, if your gas receipt is for $8.30, your rebate check will be for $8.30. Your rebate check will be mailed out with another rebate voucher. You understand that you are limited in redeeming one voucher per 30 day calendar period. Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to process the rebate and mail your rebate check. If you have any questions or you have lost your voucher, please call Customer Service at 1-866-263-2156, M-F 9:00am-5:30pm EST. If you cancel during the trial period or at any time during your membership, you are still entitled to receive the rebate vouchers and checks. Please send your gas receipt and voucher as outlined above.
On occasion and in our sole discretion, we may offer members a chance to receive a free laptop computer upon completion of an annual membership in good standing. At the time of enrollment, a member will receive a free laptop computer certificate with their welcome letter via US mail within 5-7 days. Upon completing 12 consecutive months of membership, with no late or delinquent payments, the member will receive the computer by mailing the certificate back within 60 days to the reference address. We will then send the member a free laptop computer within 30 days thereafter. Retail value estimate at $500 to $700 but may fluctuate on market conditions. Lost or destroyed certificates will not be honored or replaced. Non transferable. No cash value.
On occasion and in our sole discretion, members may receive e-mails containing discount codes that can be applied toward select product purchases via the website. Additional terms and conditions apply to such future offers and will be provided at time of offer.
Estimated monthly payment is equal to 15% of the outstanding product purchase price. Outstanding Shopping Credit Accounts have a minimum monthly payment of $50.00 or 15% of the outstanding credit, whichever is greater. Estimated monthly payment may not apply and depends upon the amount of your credit outstanding. Please review your monthly statement for your actual monthly payment.
We have a no questions asked refund policy. You understand that you must request a refund in order to receive a refund. If you cancel without requesting a refund one will not be issued. You will be required to show proof that money was deducted from your banking account or charged to your credit card. Refund requests during the first ten (10) days of enrollment require a letter from your bank confirming funds have cleared and will not be returned. You agree to permit a customer service representative to speak with your bank or credit card company to verify the contents of the letter for authenticity.
To request a refund within the first 30 days of enrollment, contact Customer Service at 1-866-263-2156, M-F 9:00am-5:30pm EST. For refund requests for charges beyond a 30 day period, refund request must be in writing. Please write to Customer Service, 1700 66th St. N., Ste. 104-142, St. Petersburg, FL 33710. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process and send your refund. **Some states may require that we process your refund in less than 30 days, so the 30 days may not apply to you.
At any time, and for any reason, we may provide an activation or membership fee refund, discount, or other consideration, in whole or in part, to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the personal information you provide to us relating to your account. If you want to update your information, you should do so by calling Customer Service at 1-866-263-2156 M-F 9:00am-5:30pm EST.
Account Access; Identity Protection:
You understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. If you disclose your password to anyone or share your account with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions and any transactions that are attempted by them using your account and password. Users of public or shared computers or unprotected mobile devices should log out at the completion of each visit to our website.
If you suspect that you're a victim of identity theft and it involves a Money on the Go Network account, or you believe that the security of your account information has been compromised in any way, you should notify customer service immediately. Then, you should report this instance to all your card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency. We reserve the right to place any account on hold at any time with or without notification to the member in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. We are not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of us or by our automated processes.

kind with respect to our program(s, our website or its content. You understand
and acknowledge that material and content published on our website, including

You acknowledge and agree that by using our service, you consent to receiving phone calls, text-messages and electronic communications from us. You acknowledge that these communications are part of your relationship with us and you receive them as part of your membership. You acknowledge and agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. You understand that if you wish to opt-out of marketing communications from us and/or our affiliates, please go to Moneyonthego.net and visit the My Account section. Please note that you cannot opt out of some communications, for example, communications regarding your account, purchases you make, and monthly billing statements. Opting out will not affect your account or your ability to use the program and benefits that you are enrolled.
We are permitted to share certain information about you or your account with our affiliates and marketing partners. You may prohibit the sharing of such information by calling Customer Service at 1-866-263-2156, M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm EST. Consent to Use of Telephone Numbers:
You expressly consent to receiving calls and messages, including autodialed and prerecorded message calls and text messages, from the Money on the Go Network, their affiliates, marketing partners, agents and others calling at their request on their behalf, at any telephone numbers that you have provided or may provide in the future (including any cellular telephone numbers).
You acknowledge and agree that your consent is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means. BILLING RIGHTS: Your Billing Rights - Keep This Notice For Future Use: This notice contains important information about your rights and our responsibilities under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
Notify Us In Case Of Errors Or Questions About Your Bill: If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your bill, write us on a separate sheet at: Legal Department, 1700 66th St. N., Ste. 104-142, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights.
In your letter, give us the following information: your name and account number, the dollar amount of the suspected error, describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error. If you need more information, describe the item you are not sure about.
If you have authorized us to pay your credit account bill automatically from your savings or checking account, you can stop the payment on any amount you think is wrong. To stop the payment, your letter must reach us three business days before the automatic payment is scheduled to occur.
Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice: We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the bill was correct.
After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question, or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including finance charges, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. You do not have to pay any questioned amount while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question.
If we find that we made a mistake on your bill, you will not have to pay any finance charges related to any questioned amount. If we didn't make a mistake, you may have to pay finance charges, and you will have to make up any missed payments on the questioned amount. In either case, we will send you a statement of the amount you owe and the date that it is due.
If you fail to pay the amount that we think you owe, we may report you as delinquent. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within ten days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your bill. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is.
If we don't follow these rules, we can't collect the first $50 of the questioned amount, even if your bill was correct.
Special Rule for Credit Card Purchases: If you have a problem with the quality of property or services that you purchased with a credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the property or services. There are two limitations on this right:
(a) You must have made the purchase in your home state or, if not within your home state, within 100 miles of your current mailing address; and
(b) The purchase price must have been more than $50.
These limitations do not apply if we own or operate the merchant, or if we mailed you the advertisement for the property or services.
No provision of any marital property agreement, a unilateral statement under section 766.59, Wis. Stats., or a court decree under section 766.70, Wis. Stats., adversely affects the interest of the creditor unless the creditor, prior to the time credit is granted, is furnished a copy of the agreement, statement or decree or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the obligation to the creditor is incurred.
To the extent that any area within our website(s) contain specific terms and conditions (“Specific Terms”) concerning its use, the Specific Terms are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. To the extent there is a direct conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are in addition to, but not in conflict with the Specific Terms, the additional terms shall also apply.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The most current version of these Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" located at the bottom of the pages of our website. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions. You agree that your use of our website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. As such, you should review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
